... the other day after they had it almost a week to work on the front end steering and such. they did replace the trac bar without question or problems, and they told me that they tore the right front brake caliper apart because it pulls to the right under braking... i looked the job over the other day and there isn't even a scratch in the dirt and dust on the brake... so i guess they never touched it, probably just spun the wheel around by hand acouple times. so it needed an alignment too, but the tech called me and said they can't do that under warrenty cause i have a winch. but they will be happy to for $450 or more depending on if they need new parts or not!!! then after all of this, they charged me $53 to get it out of the shop... some kind of warrenty deductable... never heard of such bulls***:mad: so i guess i should be happy i got a 53 dollar trac bar right??? well i drove the truck home, and it is worse now that it was when i took it to them, now i am really:mad: :mad: :mad: , so i called the service guy who i know personally and :-{} with him about 10 minutes or so about the problems, and he kindly tells me that there is nothing more they can do unless i shell out the $$$$, but... he refers me to a local alignment shop, that "does really good work" well, i guess i should at least be happy with the trac bar, right:confused: :confused:

sorry to vent... i know you guys feel my pain:{ :{ :{
