This weekend I installed the heavy duty valve springs (both intake and exhaust) and the BD govenor spring kit, I was looking forward to the new level of performance. Well now my truck is WAY DOWN ON POWER

On my 'test' hill my top speed is back to pre-bomb levels

The max boost pressure is down about 10 psi and takes forever to build up to peek pressure. Egt's are also way down, which tells me that for some reason I'm not getting the same level of fueling. Hard pressed to see 1200* WOT in 5th gear now. Also the throttle tip in is a little touchy right off idle. Took it to 3000 rpm and noticed some kind of slight vibration (almost like a miss) that would go away at 3200 rpm and the engine felt like it wanted to pull, but above 3200 rpm it got rough again and the acceleration went flat?
During the govenor spring install I was very carefull to tighten both the spring retainer nuts to the same level of stud protrusion as the stock setup which was . 070" this measurement was checked and double checked.
The position of my #11 plate was scribed on the housing before removal so I know my plate is in the proper location.
The AFC housing went back on in its old location, slid all the way forward and the star wheel adjusted to my elevation of 6000' for a healthy puff of smoke when I put my foot down.
All the intercooler clamps are tight. Any words of wisdom greatly appreciated, for I am really bummed out
