Grab handles

Does anybody know if they make grab handles (panic handlse) for 1993 club cabs? My wife has trouble holding on when on rough roads. You know how a real 4X4 truck rides.

My truck has handles on the pillars I don't know where they came from(I bought it used)I'll try to get a picture.

Did you try getting late model handles from the dealer?, they may fit your truck?
