Any builder from these areas? I have a brother-in-law that needs a 1000-1200 sf rambler built. He is trying to help out his daughter. Modular would be fine too.

Used to be a concrete contractor... now we rent concrete forms, let someone else do that hard work Besides, liability insurance and workers comp is just insane anymore.

I've got a friend that's been looking at doing a modular, and everything he's come across stick built was more cost effective.
