Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I ordered my Autometer guage from Fast Lane West out of a recommendaton from a TDR member.
After waiting about a week to get the 2661 Fuel pressure guage which was backordered, I finally received it yesterday in the mail. Like a little child at christmas opening gifts at presents, I was unfortunately looking at a guage with a broken needle. Some how the needle came off of it's pivot.
I called Joe, the owner, not only was he apologetic. He said he will send out another one as soon as it comes in and will REIMBURSE me for my shipping costs back to him.
In the past, I have had to send things back to customers for wrong parts, etc. I have NEVER been reimbursed for shipping costs.
