I complain all the time when the service is bad so I figured I would say something about the good service I got at westkycustoms.com I bought a set of wheels and tires from them, they came on time, balanced and ready to go. As I was putting them on I noticed that two of the letters on one of the wheel center caps broke off during shipping. I notified West Kentucky Customs and two days later I got a box with "two" brand new wheel cap centers. Now I have an extra one in case I need it. That is service over and above what I had hoped for and is very rare these days. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for new wheels and/or tires.

There has been a noticable decline in customer service in everything I deal with, not just my truck. I've called and left msgs on two service companies looking to buy a set of injectors (not small money) and haven't received a call back. I have one other TDR sponser to call next Monday and then I'll be looking elsewhere. I have money to spend but it doesn't help when businesses don't respond.
