Did you ever get it done? Would a simple two-way switch work?

Not yet. It'd be nice to find a simple 2 way switch of some sort. Kinda like the Edge EZ's 3 way switch. I have had other things to do in the mean time and for a few weeks I had the air tank off my truck so not much though about that either.



I'll get to it one day.

Seems like all you would need is a SPDT switch.

Something like that. Radio shack didn't have any at the time. I need to find a real electronics store in the MSP area. With that switch in hand, I"ll avoid the relay bit and the switch will just regulate what "horn" the default horn button grounds.

Yes, Harley's are loud and can be disturbing, but they are constant. An air horn is heart stopping loud, like right now, in your face.

I just wanted to add a bit of input, because it seems that some have the impression that air horns are purely for show, but mine have saved people from considerable injury / auto damage on two occasions in the past year or so alone. Both times people forgot to look, one was backing out of a driveway and one must have missed the stop sign, both would have been messy wrecks, but both were adverted because they heard my horns from 50 feet away, and not 10', and that gave them time to slow and me time to brake and swerve.

In short, I like to treat others like I would like to be treated. Something lost in todays society.
