Great Service From Edge Products !!

It seems to me that great service is real hard to find nowadays, and when you find it pass the word !:D Well I just had a small problem with my Edge Comp, (one of the LEDS went out) I gave them a call, and guess what ? No BS, no hoops to jump through, they said no problem, new one is on its way !! New edge comp was at my door in 4 days, with return label all set to go.

NOW THATS SERVICE ! :D ;) :D

I can say Edge has made my list, the GOOD one ! Some others on that Great service list are South Bend Clutch, Piers Diesel, Valley Truck Parts, and Cummins of Grand Rapids.

I had a problem with an EZ. They replaced it, no problem. It's refreshing to have a company that actually backs up their products! :D :D :D

I could just write the exact same post as yours. Had a comp. light out, spoke to Aaron, new one in a few days with a prepaid return label to send the old one back. Great service!

I had the same experience as Weidner: older comp wasn't working the way it was supposed to, called Edge and a new one was at my house in a few days. Can't beat the service.
 
How did you guy's get them to send you a new one? They made me send mine back and then they would send me a new one. Of course the day after I removed it a guy in another brand of truck wants to race, but I'm lacking on power.....

That was the first option they gave me, send us your old one and we'll sen you a new one. I asked how else we could handle it so I wouldn't be comp-less. They just take your credit card number to secure the new one. They don't actually charge anything to the card, they just want to be sure they cet a unit back. I don't blame them for securing it, otherwise people would be screwin them left and right. They send a prepaid ups shipping label with the new unit. All you do is stick your old one in the box the new one came in, include a thank you note, stick the label on, tape it shut and drop the box off at any UPS shipping center or hand it to a driver.



Long winded for the guys who may have problem boxes that might hesitate to exchange them.
 
edge is a great company i just got off the phone with aron about a problem with my drag comp & he said no problem. there sending me a new box 2nd day air no charge with a return label. customer service is the best it can get with edge. anybody thinking about a fueling box & cant decide on wich one to buy just call edge 1-801-476-3343 & ask for arron you wont be disappointed. :) kurt.
 
That's good news to hear, my fifth light went out on my comp as well. I am also not positive I'm getting all the gain I should be with the pump wire.
