II HRVP. Scheid HRVP, Monster VP or anyting else. ? :-{}

For an all out drag race effort VP powered 24V... Which pump will provide the most power and the most reliability? Or balance of the two.

I also saw in another post that a SOVP will support 650hp. First hand knowledge is certainly prefered. I am working on adding LOTS of air and will need LOTS of fuel to go with it. Maybe a little squeeze in the future.

No a p-pump is not an option, so don't even mention it!!!!

After doing plenty of research into the question, and talking to many people over a period of almost a year, I decided to just put the SO VP in the truck personally. I do agree that an SO VP will support 650hp.

1060!! And I belive its a stage 2 still. I'm not certain they're making the stage 3. Plus he has that CR head on it.

I would love to know what that thing makes off the bottle though.

I talked to the actual manufacturer of the monster vp and there is no stage three yet. and as far as horsepower goes. He's not sure what it is capable of on a "no drugs motor". The "Diesel Doctors" out of Canada just posted a video on Youtube of there first pull with the stage 2. I talked to them about it and and there extremely happy with it. They figure probably about 800rwhp. There goin to dyno it in october. I two am in the same boat. Whether to stick with vp or Ppump.
