Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Grid heater not cycling on and off...

It is not even coming on at all! I know it normally does, and has not been lately. My thermostat is stuck open, and I was wondering if this could be the reason why?? Maybe I accidentally pulled a wire somewhere under the hood... I will look when I have light tomorry... . Any ideas would be appreciated though.

My heaters don't come till it about 40 degrees

Check temp sensor. Check all connections. Check out the relays.

Gird heater

I would check the wires that go to your grid heater and make sure the connections are clean and tight. I think there is two relays on the firewall you might to check and make sure they are good. I think the temp sensor is located on the intake manifold and it has a single wire going to the sensor.

It's not related to the cooling thermostat, it reads intake air temp from a sensor.
