2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Grill Guard/Bumber

I have seen several snazzy grill guard/bumers on this site. I am pretty handy with a welder and have access to a pretty nice shop. Anybody got any specs or bluprints for something like this? Just something to help me get started so I don't go into it blind.
