hey guys dose anyone have a grill laying around mine is pilling :{ and would like to find a new one for my 93 thanks

Dodge made a run of them a year or so ago. I bought mine then and they were getting a bit scarce at that time. You might try to call around to some dealers to see if they still have any. Unfortunately you pay dealer prices. Mine fit perfectly, not like that aftermarket manure…

Got mine brand new off eBay. Fit like a glove. Only difference between it and OEM was no D-O-D-G-E across the top (at $15/letter BTW).

I need a grille that isnt held in by baling wire (yes, wire, not twine, PToombs ) and the grille guard. Had a 92 W250 with an aftermarket grille that looked ok except for the lack of Dodge on it. Or did it have it? i forget now.

aftermarket can't put DODGE on the grille, some copyright thing. i got a good one from keystone and a sticker from the racing shop.

Another thing to think on the aftermarket jobs. I wouldn't buy one unless I could see it first. Some have no trim work done on the plastic (I. E. casting flash). This means rough edges that can be seen. The vacuum chrome was loose around the edges which means it will be working farther into a visable area with weather and time.



Of all the repos I have seen around TIM, Diesel Nats and Schieds over the years most I would have striped and deflashed then painted to body color.

over 300 still available in mopar system. no, aftermarket cannot use the dodge emblem. quality of chrome plating is much better(i've sold plenty of both to bodyshops). hope this helps.



ADDED: funny thing, the old part#83506568 was list$182. 00, trade$145. 60, cost$109. 00. mopar paid more to have this latest batch made? either way, i'll bet they won't be making anymore.

It's no surprise that the new ones are higher than the old ones- cost more to get made now than they did then.

do the grills from dodge come complete with the inserts? My grill is all busted up, and I noticed that the ones I was seeing didn't have Dodge on them!

The plastic inserts are not included with the shell from Dodge. They are still listed as in stock as of a few months ago. The inserts are around $30 each.



The ones your seeing are the repos. I would not buy one unless I could look it over first.
