Grille Inserts

Hey guys,

I was driving down the road the other day and a damn hawk flew in front of my and messed up my grill pretty good. Put a big crack in the crome and busted out my grille inserts.

Have any of y'all seen chrome grille inserts for our trucks? I saw a thread about it some time back, but cant find the post using the search method. I found a website for aftermarket grilles, but I would like to get some kind of chrome/billet inserts since I am spending money... might as well go all out. Anybody ever seen them or know where I can get them?

I've only seen the replacements, not anything custom. Not much out there in the aftermarket for first gens. Maybe someone else knows of something?

Check out this link. I haven't dealt with them, but this is the place I had seen them. Looks like they have chrome or silver. I would guess these don't have the Dodge logo, if that matters to you.

When I bought my 91 last year, the previous owner had it painted and added a plastic chrome grill.

I see them in a catalog I just happen to have here at work for $180. www.acmetruckparts.com 1-800-831-3716

Wouldn't be my first choice, but as a next to last resort maybe.
