Hey guys I installed a southbend clutch in my truck it is my second one, the first, clutch and shifting was fine, but this new one has its problems first off I can't get it to go into gear then when shifting from 2nd to 3rd it grinds,,,, any ideas???

How many times have you had the flywheel surfaced? I've had mine done twice and that was enough to cause the slave cylinder to not be able to fully release the clutch. I changed out my 2001 slave & master cylinders for 1997 cylinders. I had to get a new hose made up but the earlier slave cylinder has a spacer block that can be removed which will move the cylinder closer and provide more release. BTW the upgraded cylinder set that SB sales uses the earlier cylinders.
