Well I finally checked the grounds again in the engine and they look and measure good ( my inital cleaning and corrosion prevention payed off) the worst contact resistance was 9 milli ohms (0. 009 ohms) the best was 1 milli ohms. The ground strap on the PCM was the most corroded but it was still good. I found one by each light , the two engine grds, and the ground on the PCM what did I miss please? I must say the two by the lights rely on contact pressure of the sheet metal screw to provide grounding. WHEN I STARTED THE ENGINE IT STILL RUNS VERY ROUGH. This to me shows that the rough running engine isn't being caused by a bad ground. My suspicion is that when they didn't fully set the ECM plug that it caused a spike and took out a transistor in ???? PCM,APPS or PDC ?????? when they built this piece of junk.
IF I HAD THE MONEY THE YELLOW KITTY WOULD BE PURRING AT THE DOOR.
