Just posted a group buy on 4 inch aluminized exhaust located in the classifieds under product promotions / group purchases. Check it out, if you get a chance. Jeremy

Does this come with a lifetime warranty, and does anybody have sound clips of this exhaust with the muffler? Thanks

It comes with a Lifetime Warranty to the orginal owner. I don't have any sound clips. The kit is manufactured by Pinnacle Power Exhaust. Jeremy.

I really liked my old jardine's exhaust on my 99. Sounded great. Do you have a kit for my 2006 that would replace starting at the the muffler, resonator thru to the tip with a straight thru muffler and stainless steel 5 inch tip, and fit all the existing hangers?

I may be interested here towards the end of the availability. What type of muffler would come with the kit for my 04. 5. I don't want anything too loud or something with a droan. I am not sure what size the exhaust is on my truck, is it 3. 5? Is the system all mandrel bent.

Thanks, Joe

Turbodog I do have a cat-back for the 2006 that fits the factory hangers and the tip is also available.

Jcasper, The muffler is a straight through performance muffler with spiralled louvers, the kit is mandrel bent alumized tubing. A nice aluminized muffler with a great sound! Jeremy.

I finally got to meet Jerry Jardine last month at May Madness. Man what a down to earth great guy

I was really nice to shake his hand :)

Has anyone purchased this system? I'm interested, but would like to here how the muffler sounds on 2002 (not sound clips, just input). Cab noise is my main concern. I currently have a stock exhaust with the muffer removed.

Thx.

What kind of improvements will I notice over the stock exhaust. Without going out and measuring I thought I already had a 4 inch exhaust? If my truck already has a 4 inch exhaust on it will the mandrel bends make that big of a difference? I could just replace the muffler, and keep the factory system. I would like to get some feedback on whether or not people are happy with the sound.

Joe

I have one of the older Jardine exhausts, bought it in 2001 for my 01 from HVAC. Dont know if they still use the same mufflers or not, but it sounds great, no drone, not too loud to tick off the neighbors, but has a little bark to it. (sounds sweet when you are hard on the throttle next to a concrete wall or building). jcasper, not sure if your truck is the same as my dad's 06, but if they are, the exhaust is already 4" with mandrel bends, so you could just cut out the cat and stock muffler and replace it with a good straight through 4" muffler or straight pipe. (FWIW, i hate the sound of a 3rd gen straight piped) IMHO, the only trucks that sound right straight piped are 12 valves, but thats a whole different argument. :-laf
