Group buy for DSS steering brace?

Marv mistakenly sent me two steering stabilizers, how's that for great service? I called and spoke to him about it and told him rather than ship it back I would try to sell it either locally or on here and send him the money. The price is the same as what the group buy price is (dont know about posting it here?). The main thing I'm concerned about is Marv getting paid even though he was willing to eat the mistake. The second box is unopened and I could ship it somewhere if necessary. If anybody is interested reply here or pm. I live in Boise, Id for anyone local.

I actually put mine on a couple hours ago, instead of tomorrow.

This is a quality piece, everything lined up perfect. It exceeded My expectations.



My original pitman nut came off a wee bit easy with the impact. I bet it wasn't at 185 lbs anyway.



Took it for a drive and it's much nicer to drive. It wasn't too awful before, but now there's no "loose" feeling, from making steering corrections.

Can't wait till my trackbar wears out :-laf

Been a few weeks, got a letter from Marc about a problem with getting orders out, then its been over a week now and still waiting, hope i get this thing, atleast send a tracking number. Lets see if the customer service improves for me, seems like it has been great for everyone else!

No, I'm sure its just a fluke. If he talked to the guys from DT, the product would not work or be built nearly and good as it is. Maybe you talked to DT, is that why you are so rude like them?

I sent my payment on March 29th, got an email from Marv on April 4th about having computer problems and being busy. It's now April 14th and still no package. With all the orders from the Group Buy i'm sure he's working extra hard, just wish it would get here soon. I even paid for US priority shipping.....

Anybody know how to get ahold of Marv? I have been calling the last two days and there is now answer. I started sending emails about 3 weeks ago. I bought the 3rd gen trackbar kit, and it was missing the tapered bushing. I talked to marv about three weeks ago on the phone and he said he was sending one out, however it has not arrived. I am not mad yet, I just want to get ahold of him so I can get the bushing to install my kit. Thanks guys.

I know that email is not the best way. Not sure why he isn't answering the phone though. Depending on what shipping he used it could take 3-4 weeks to get it, it may just show up but I guess just keep trying by phone.

The times I got him on the phone were fairly late in the day, between 3:00 and 4:30 pacific time.

I wouldnt even try an E-mail, he seems to answer them about the same as I answer mine

The shipping on my order was about 3 weeks.

I was just talking to Marv, He said the bushing has been sent, it should be there very soon.

The reason Marv doesnt allways answer the phone is because he runs the whole bussiness on his own, thats one of the reasons he can keep his prices down, if he has machines running in the shop etc, he just doesnt hear the phone. Many mornings he is in town shipping or picking up parts. So just keep trying, he also said his E. mail has been screwed up for 3 or 4 weeks now.

The official group buy ended in early April, several got the group price quite a while after that, a month grace period seems quite generous to me Give Marv a call, I think you'll be happy with the deal you get
