Email me if you want a price for the X monitor. I don't have a price yet for the fuel pressure option yet, I'll call again on Monday. I need at least 5 to do it.

X-MONITOR MOUNTED ON THE POST/COLUMN

I viewed an BD X-Monitor on a 2002 up close and personal. The X-monitor was mounted above the tweeter. Overall the X-monitor was a good looking display. It reads well, and reminds me of the digital readout on my CD/Radio, but slightly smaller in scale.



However, I felt ( OPINION ) the X-Monitor would be more appealing if it was located closer to the dash (that is, below the tweeter, instead of above it). I contacted BD and they indicated presently nobody makes a column/post that relocates the tweeter a bit higher to allow the existing X-Monitor configuration to fit below the tweeter. I was also told by BD the X-Monitor (Dash Mountable POD type) will be "... available soon, in a few months... "



If the Dash Mountable Pod is available in a reasonable time frame, I'll be anxious to see someone display some pictures of it. I too would be interested in knowing more about the X-Monitor (QUALITY, COST, DEPENDABILITY/RELIABILITY).

Those of you that requested prices should have them now. The fuel pressure option is too much IMO, HELL the whole damn thing is TOO MUCH! But that is the best I could do. Anyone else wanting a price just send me a buzz. Those that want them let me know, 1st come 1st served, 5 at a time. My address

I posted a question on the BD website 1/3/04 regarding the same question you asked. I got the following response:

The sterring colum mount/universal mount should be availabe first week of Feb. The control buttons will be moved to the top as well. 03 Dodge pillar mount will also be avaialbe the first week of Feb as well. "



This might be a nice way to incorporate the X-Monitor in a non-conspicuous location. I really hope it's a low profile configuration that looks good on the column. THIS COULD BE REALLY NICE !! Jim
