I had a customer that built a BHT3E setup and it worked fairly well. The 26 works REALLY well with a 12cm HX35 and a 32 or 38mm wastegate.

I can just se the state highway patrol when he gets me stopped with a 40GN and a fiberglass pool and i tell him holeshotholset said i had to keep it at 6000+ :-{}

Heck, some guys are running HT4B's as a top charger... :eek:

Anybody that is undecided on this needs to consider this great deal we are able to get. I spoke with Central Motive Power here in Denver who through my work we do large amounts of business with, I spoke with there turbo rep about the purchase of the BHT3b and told him of the price we were quoted, he was shocked as this was extremely close to his cost. He was sorry he couldn't help out the TDR members but told me we should jump on that price and to keep him in mind in the future. Lets git-r-done! Everyone NEEDS twins.

swank i was curious about the details and the price is around 400,let me know,also markkendrick do u think it would work with a hy35 or not. if not would it work on top with a bht4c,i think i talked to u before,i have the large turbo but im not ready for that much yet but i wouldnt mind using this turbo that swanks talking about with my hy or could i use it as a single for now... .

Patcarman from all of the reading I have done you would be able to use your hx-35 with the BHT3B, may have to change exaust housings, but either way it will work.

patcarman has an '01 with an automatic = HY-35 not HX-35... big difference between the two.

The quick-spool properties of a set of twins with an HY on top would be sweet if you could wastegate the stuffing out of it into the bottom turbo... Drive pressure with a 9cm² turbine housing gets insane rather quickly... unless you wastegate it like crazy.

patcarman, i do remember reading about some towing, and i think ONLY towing twins, that used the hy on top. you would definitely need a wastegate set-up like this for them to work. i don't think you'd want to run the big turbo by itself though, unless you're running a lot more fuel than your sig implies. hopefully somebody with experience will chime in on this one.

ok folks. last chance. if you would like to be part of this, let me know by tomorrow at lunch (mtn time). we've got enough for a decent deal, so i'm going to close this up. thanks to all, i hope nobody got PO'ed about the price fluctuation, htt just didn't know that there weren't going to be more available for so long. anyway, thanks again.
