Guage Bulb Cover Pics?

Hey all, I'm wondering if anyone has any picures available that show their guages at night with the different color autometer bulb covers. What do you think of the colors? I mean do they look good, or does the plain bulb look better? Which ones have you tried and liked? I don't want to hook it all up and drive around and decide that I want to change bulb covers. Thanks for the help!

If you want a good looking functional night lite in a different color. Toss those old goofy covers and get a replacement lamp that has a colored lense. Bettter yet, a LED with your choise of colors. They are still bright enough to see the gage at night, and give a cprisp clean look. The autometer covers cut down to much on the light, you can not read the gage.

They are way brighter than I thought they would be. Those are the exact guages I have. Thanks a lot for the help, I really like the way they look. My boost guage is coming soon, I can't wait to get 'em installed. I wonder if you could buy a bunch of the green bulb covers, and put them over the plain bulbs in our dash and heating switches? Hmm. .

I don't have a pic but will try and get one for you. Mine are the autometer z-series gauges and I am using the green bulb covers and feel they work perfectly, To me they seem like they are all factory, wired to the dimmer they match through the range pretty darn good as well.

Blue bulb covers......

That is what I have and they are plenty bright enough, and they match my dash light perfectly. I had the green like above but as you can see there is much difference in color, I put blue bulb covers on all gauges and sport comp clock also. Good luck. . I'll try to get a pic... .....
