Guage help (CO)

Hey guys.

Well I missed the last wrench day, :{ so I still need some help with a guage install. I have Isspro mechanical fuel pressure, turbo boost, and EGT to install on the A-pillar.

I would be willing to do it at my place or yours.

I'm sending you a PM after I type this.



The Tru-Speed is a pretty good widget. The only complaint that I have is that it is a little bit of a pain to set up. It has a set screw for each setting. If you do the math and follow the directions, you will be close. However, you still need to pace off of something that is known. I followed a vehicle that had a good speedo and checked it against mile markers. After you get your 2 settings in, it's just a flip of a switch to change tire sizes.

A friend of mine is looking into a different one that has a button that you push at the beginning of a mile, and again at the end of a mile to set. That seems a little more user friendly.

I am a first time installer and am getting the rest of my gauges on monday. I have a pretty good idea and the tools to do so if you want to join me. Hoping for this weekend if all comes thru OK. Im donig mechanical FP, boost and EGT.
