I do not like the a-pillar mount I have my guages in right now, it doesn't fit well, and I put it as high as I could and still see the guages. I would like to get some more bullet mounts like I have my tach in now. Does anyone have a picture of a boost and egt gauges side by side, or all three? I don't know if it would be crowded or not?

I think that they would be easier to read, and have much less glare. I would also need a new a-pillar cover then. Any pictures of a setup like this would help alot.

Thanks, Steve

I rearanged my dash just a little bit. I have the Tach, EGT, and boost guages mounted where the Message center should be. The message center is moved to where the Cargo light switch was, and the cargo light is moved over by the headlight switch. The only rewiring I had to do for the cargo light switch, everything else reaches fine. 'course it did take some cutting of the dash and supports behund to get it to fit.

I have all 3 gauges mounted on dash. Gauge is approx. where dash curves down from insturment cluster toward passenger side. I dont have a pic. The gauges where on the truck when I bought it. They do not distrupt the view nor do I get a glare, they look good too.

Go take a look at my gallery. There is a view that shows a tach on the pillar and three on the dash. Might be something you would be interested in.

TSuter, could you post some pics of your setup? I haven't installed guages yet (still stock for now), but am planning a full set this summer. I liked the A pillar idea, until I sat in a truck with them, and too far away to see clearly. Then I saw the dash pod (as RCushing describes above), but I really started thinking about how to put them in the dash instead.

Steve - Someone on here had pics of several gauges in bullet mounts lined up on the dash, but I can't remember who. I saw it when going through 1st Gen readers' galleries.

I still decided on the U. S. Gear pod, mainly for ease of making the wiring sanitary and not having to drill a bunch of holes in the dash (just one BIG one:D).

Thanks guys,

What I'm wanting to do is put three bullet mounts on the left side of the steering wheel. I like it a little better there, I may try to get it done before Muncie:D

Steve, have you looked at Nascar Mark's readers rigs? He has the Mopar tach and another bullet mount guage on the left side of the dash and then the two guage pod on a-pillar. Bill
