I'm waiting on the rest of my new guages ... . barely standing it! I've got the power distribution all done and started to wonder what type of wire everyone was using to bring the senders to the guages?

Twisted pairs? etc?

So, what did you use and would you change it?

Oh, the wife found out about the EZ I was supposed to be waiting to get... . and went out and spent the same on herself!!! Now she says I can get anything I want for the truck..... BUT the prices of my upgrades just doubled!!!!!!

Primary wire....

Sold at any auto parts store works fine. The EGT gauge should come with the wire to the sender. and the boost gauge will have a hose. Don't know what other gauges you are putting in but most with ground through the sender case so you would only need one wire into the cab.

the only thing i added other than the primary wire, is split plastic loom on the wires in the engine compartment. i've done quite a bit of rewiring under the hood--looks better and probably safer in loom. pick up at the parts store. i do so much playing around with wiring on my toys, that i started buying the loom by the box at NAPA several years ago. use up a box, buy a new one. :)

Thanks everyone... . I have done a lot of control wiring at work... and noise always had to be taken into account... It's good to know that it should not be a problem here.
