Anyone mounted the in dash triple guage mount for the autometer guages. I don't want to loose the grab bar so the pillar mount is out. Wanted to know how you like the visability and how do the autometer phantom guages look with the stock guages. Thanks.

I have that pod and have been happy with it. I posted pics back when I did it, I will try to find a link. I have the Di pricols in it.

SEarch under my user name. topic is dash pod pics. I dont know how to provide a link to it.

I have pillar and column mouted gages, but there is a TDR member here in Albuquerque (I think his handle is SleeStack) who has what you are looking at. I saw his truck at a local gathering and it looked very sharp. Maybe you can get info/pictures form him.

Thanks DFrank but I was wanting to know about the guage mount that is the In console triple-fits in the cubby hole below the heater air controls. Any one try this one yet. I saw it in the Geno's catalog.

Edgemann55 there are a few people on here that have the gauges in the cubby whole. I believe you can get 3 gauges in there if I remember right. Hopefully somebody with that set up will chime in and attach a pic.

I have the autometer cubby hole mount with dipricol gauges. I'm reasonably happy with it. The dipricols match day/night look of the existing dash gauges, but the lighting is a little inconsistent.

I don't find them hard to see, though I am also running the Outlook for the critical before turbo EGT.

I have installed the gauges in the cubby hole and it was very easy. I really liked the way it came out, the customer was also very pleased. I installed the Auto Meter Phantoms with it, i think they match the dash the best and look really good.

Mine are in the cubby but I made the plate, it's not an Autometer plate. They look good, profesionally installed even but you do have to go out of your way to look at them. Not difficult to see but you have to look down there. I also believe the Autometer pod tilts the gauges toward the driver where mine does not, it's just a piece of plexiglass.

The 3 gauge mount from Genos with DiPricol look good and work good. I understand that to use these gauges with the Auto mount required a small modification but since I didn't do the installation I don't know what it was. The mount puts the gauges at a slight up and left angle which makes them real easy to read as opposed to having them facing straight.

Boy thanks everyone for the response. I ordered the mount and the autometer phantom guages today. JVolpe that really looks great-very clean as if were stock.
