GVWR and towing

A couple months ago I purchased an International TD-9 to restore. Hence my question now is this thing weighs about 10,500 lbs before the weight of the blade. I will probably take this to antique tractor shows after I get it running and I am trying to get an understanding of what kind of weight I can leagaly tow with my truck so I do not get stuck on the side of the road with a gumball machine attempting to find someone with a larger rig to haul it? I had to hire a neighbor to haul it for me because I don't currently have a trailer, or access to one with a winch.
