Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) H.D. Valve Springs?

Is this the correct part number for the 60# H. D. valves springs Cummins #3916691. I was told this is the springs used for exhaust brakes and with the 4000 RPM Governor springs.

That is the number Cummins gave me for the springs. Also you may need:



3900250 Collet

3930906 Valve Cover Gasket

3910824 Valve Cover Bolt O ring



The Napa Valve Spring Tool is #KD3271

I wonder if that is the same spring they use on the intake side also?... ... Rick

This is the same spring used on both intake and exhaust with the 4,000 RPM governor springs.
