Anybody know what the H2 wheel load rating is? I searched the forum for about an hour and couldn't find any specific numbers.

Thanks in advance.

I had looked everywhere I could and found nothing. I asked my brother works at GM, and wasn't able to find anything for me. They do seem pretty solid. I've loaded my truck heavy without problems.

I searched high and low including some chevy diesel boards where the topic was pretty active as well. Nobody from GM or the wheel manufacturer (Superior Inc) will say anything. My local Les Schwab dealer even rattled a few chains at GM and couldn't get a straight answer.

I must admit, I should have thought about it BEFORE buying the wheels and installing them. Just shows what a doofus I am. Best guess by the guy at Schwabs is somewhere in the neighborhood of 2500 lbs per wheel due to axle rating. Could be lower too however. Not sure what I am going to do. I haul my family in this thing and I don't want to take chances with their safety.

Les Schwab will make me a good deal because I bought the H2 take-offs from them. Starting point is like $330 for Weld Cheyenne 17"s or $205 for Allied 896/898 17"s. Anybody have any thoughts??
