With all the HX40 woes of late, I wonder if the H2E should be given some more consideration?? I know it is better suited for those BOMBed a little more than HX40 entry-level leagers, but many on this forum are running the fueling and HP levels that should work well with this turbo.
After these posts introducing the H2E, I expected it to take off a little better than it did. I don't know how expensive the H2E 17cm is, but considering the problems and risks with the HX40, why not spend a little more for a turbo that should hold more promise for durability? Reading back to these old threads, it looks like a properly prepped H2E will be quite drivable and responsive. I think at least it's worth more consideration in light of the HX40 failures many have experienced.
