Yup, they made me a deal too good to resist. I got a truck that's alot more practical for my needs rather then splurge on goodies. Take a '06 Ram 2500 Quad Cab SLT 4x2 Big Horn in Patriot Blue. Has CTD, auto trans, Big Horn group, limited slip, premium cloth seats, power pedals, 4:10 gears , power rear slider, 6 disc cd/cass/mp3, and sunroof. This thing is SWEET!!! Sticker was $41,320. Invoice was $37,999. My price was $36,890!! And I got in on a 1. 9% interest rate!! Oo.

Well... ... seeing as how you've been a member here for 2. 5 yrs. I would have to say... WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG ???!! Do you plan on towing heavy a bunch, I see the 4. 10 gears listed. Anyways welcome to "the club" read around here and I'm sure you'll learn everything you need to know... . and then some !! :-laf

Son just - like an hour ago - picked up a new 06.....great price.....

MSRP $41960 paid a little under $ 36,000 and got 0% for 5 years and NO Payments till October - hey with 0 Interest - why make payments... ...

I just got back with mine like 3 hours ago, sounds like a similar deal, but my credit wasn't perfect, I'm shocked with what I got, which was why I jumped!!

Did '06 Trucks go up that much in price? I got mine model & Trim in my sig for $33,700 OTD Sticker was $38K I think, I don't have it in front of me, but I know I didn't pay a dime over $33K new.

I too am in the "Had me a Hemi got me a CTD" club.

Traded my '04 Hemi RC 4x4 for an '06 CTD QC 4x4. Won't ever go back I don't think. I took a small hit on trade-in, and will be paying for my CTD for many years, but at least it'll last as long as I have to pay for it. Not so sure my Hemi would have as I drive like 30K-40K per year.

Tip Number 1: Wipe that silly grin off your face, people are starting to worry about you.

Tip Number 2: Forget about tip number 1, you won't be able to wipe the silly grin off your face after stepping up to a Cummins Turbo Diesel!

yea leave this board now... . b/c all it will do is cost ya money and if you even think of bombing run and never look back... your back account will luv ya for it :) ;) you can b/c an addict of sorts

How big of a performance difference, on the street, is there? Oh yeah, congratulations, and welcome to the club. It's about time. Oo.

I can't be THAT mean, lol! Anyways, what I like alot, is the passing power, it doesn't even downshift, it just HAULS, actually caught me off guard a few times. I LOVE the way this thing shifts, nice and firm, twice when I hit it, it'll "chirp" the tires into 2nd, reminds me of my Olds 442 days. As to what took me soo long, the deal was right, and the time was right. I called my ins lady today and she told me that this month alone, she had at least 5 people call to get new policies with Dodge trucks and super low interest rates. With the rate I got, I'm gonna be saving over $10,000 compared to my '03 Hemi!! And with the Quad Cab short bed, ALOT easier to manuver as well... ... As for the 4. 10, I'll save up for a Gear Vendors unit to make up for that.
