Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
No, different shop, the head job shop is well respected, but about 300 miles away, just learned about the "local" shop only about 30 miles away. Guy works on lots of different diesel engines, no other vehicle work. He personally owns a number of Cummins powered Rams including his service truck. A well driller was dropping off an old B model Cat engine for rebuild while I was there, a 53 block in the weeds, etc. I found out this weekend that he used to work for a Detroit Diesel dealer and that a friend who has a ranch had him rebuild a Series 60, so anything Cummins and any other bigger diesels of any brand seem to be well within his wheelhouse and he will probably be my go-to guy if I need any engine work. I did not see any evidence of any Ford or GM pickup parts or vehicles on the property
There's so many clicks and clatters in these generation trucks, it's hard to tell where they all come from - 94K on my truck, and never have had the valve covers off...
