Last weekend I got around to installing the #10 plate in my truck... WOW what a difference it made. Its in the stock position with the housing full forward and the star wheel against the front of the housing. No problems with smoke until I get on it... then it will smoke but normal take offs... no problem. I went from 32lbs of boost to 36-38. .

The EGT's are not a problem running empty. . I will know more about the towing EGT's tonight when I hook to our 30' 5er and head down the freeway.

Also this weekend BPine will be helping me do the 3k GSK... It should be fun...

10 plates are awesome! I guess I have had mine for like a year now, and love every minute of it!!!! then the delivery valves are the smoke makers! Good luck and I hope you find the sweet spot for that 10 plate. .

This weekend I got a lesson in installing a set of 3k GSK. . from Piers no less. . or and I cant forget Bpine(Blair) and Harry from PDR. Installed them from the top with no problems.

With the #10 in stock position with the housing full forward, star wheel all the way forward and on full turn pre-load on the diaphram. . WOW what a difference in the way it tows our 5th wheel.

And yes I did find the sweet spot. . instock position. I hit the go pedal and I get a whoof of black and it clears right up. .
