Returned from a long trip, and now I have a hard spot when pushing the pedal down to start. just started. had the #970 recall done, so its not a fry-ed cable. also done a lot of searching on ALL the forums i have access to, not much help. How ever did read that maybe the ball joints might need a little lube on the linkage. I was wondering if the lever in the pump is making contact under the nose on the plate. It is slide forward, about . 80" thousandths from the full front.
Its just hard on start up. goes away after it engine starts.
Read somewhere there is an "ANOID" valve in there that helps to reduce smoke on low speed acceleration and that this is the Resistances that you feel.
What do you think it could be???
