The clutch pedal seems to be getting more difficult to depress in my 97 (oops 96). I'm getting ready to sell this truck and want to repair any of the things that appear to be wrong beforehand. I'm wondering if a worn clutch slave/master cyl. could be binding and causing this. The clutch is stock, smooth, dosen't slip or chatter and makes no noise from the throwout bearing. The clutch has 126k on it and is the original one.

Any thoughts on this matter?

Call Peter at South Bend Clutch and ask him. He is very nice and very helpful and has a great price on a master cylinder/slave cylinder combo.
