A local dealer wants the vehicle overnite for the TSB for Hard Start. They claim DC won't allow them to flash the computer until they recreate the problem. I'd prefer the increased mpg some are experiencing. Not as concerened with the hard start. Besides, the hard start doesn't happen every morning.

Has everyone else been required to leave vehicle overnite?

Is this the long crank time that i'm experiencing every now and again? I'd really like to get that fixed. Is there a TSB number for it?

BUNK. If itrs a reflash TSB and it applies to your vehicle/vin etc. its FAR eaier on everyone involved to do the flash and let the OWNER see if its taken care of. D. C. or any manufacture I worked for on a tsb that vehicle/vin is involved in never pushed holding a customers vehicle to duplicate or not. Common sense tells anyone its more user friendly to the owner, tech, shop to let the owner be the test driver.

Been there, done that (the TSB) still got the extended cranking problem. It does it less (like 2x per week instead of once per day) but I have not seen the temp deferental code since getting the TSB done. (which I think was another TSB that was combined into this Flash)
