Hard start

I have a friend that has the 03. When the engine is cold it will start right now with very little cranking but when it is run and at operating temp and shut down for 10-15 mins it will crank and crank before it will start, any thoughts to what may be the problem? Thanks

Most likely cause Injectors,need to check the LV,FCA ,Pressure sensor. Another test crank Pressure it must be above 1300Psi for the ecm to energize the injectors ,some truck need 1700psi.

Could just be that the valves need adjusting.
