hard starting 07

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem I have a new 07 2500 4x4. My problem when it's cold outside -10 C or colder when I try to start the truck it turn over for 3 to 4 turn and stops almost like a hydraulic lock in the cylinders and power goes out . I then turn the key to the off position wait 2 to 3 seconds and then the key back on and the power is back and the intake heater recycles again try to start and the same senario . I will have to do this for 5 to 6 times before the truck starts after it start it turn fine but engine light will be on. If the temperature is at around -4C the truck starts normal and no problems. 2007 4x4 with 5. 9 Mike
