Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Hard Starting when warm

My 98 Dodge Ram automatic starts great when the truck is cold and has not been started. However, once I have drove it for a little while and it is shut off it always has to crank for what seems like 3 to 5 seconds before it will start. Anybody have any idea what the problem is with it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
