Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Hard starting

On my 01 ctd i noticed hard starting when the engine is warm ONLY. I sit there cranking for about 5- 10 sec before it finally cranks up. Once it cranks up it runs fine and fuel pressure is fine. I thought it could be my injector pump but I got that checked. It doesn't throw any codes either. I also checked fuel volume and it was good. I was wondering if it could possibly be the crank positioning sensor or anything like that? I have checked for leaks in the system and nothing anywhere and I have also bled the lines alot. In the morning or even in cold weather it starts fine. Anybody got any comments?

Try checking your fuel tank and see if it is developing a vacum. Mine did that and I found the tank vent clocked-haven't cleared the vent yet, but leaveing the cap loose has curred the starting problems. Always showed good fuel pressure
