Please bear with me. For what im about to describe is very hard to put into words. I seem to be getting a vibration or shudder when ever i am in a low throttle, overdrive situation, usually around 35-45 mph. I thought it was maybe a tire or alignment problem, but it seems to go away when i turn the overdrive off. Any help would very much appreciated, thanks in advance. Aloha

The problem you are describing is actually quite common.

Do not drive in od at that low of an rpm.

What you are doing is no different than if you had a 6 speed and were in 6th gear at 35mph, you would get the same kind of shudder.

Thanks Bill, Now that you mention it, dont i feel stupid, that makes perfect sense. Thanks for the reply. Aloha!

Yea but alot of us just started to get this problem. mine just started to do this as of this winter and its driving me up the wall!!!! Why is everyone having this happen all at one time?

changes in fuel

I have no background/knowledge close to being an expert in fuel chemistry, and I have incurred this shudder, but, could it be the changes in diesel fuel over the year's is part of the problem? It seems with all these occurrences a logical common would be fuel. I changed an APPS to the tune of $380 and it helped alot but if your really anal you can still feel it slightly. Just food for thought.
