Hardlined Wastegate........Drill Hole????

I just received my EZ. The instructions for the hardlined wastegate say to install the supplied plug (not included)and drill a hole in the line with the supplied #62 drill bit (not included). Has anyone else here received these items with their kit and done this installation.
Also, I have an early 2001 (rear drums) and the kit shipped is for a 1998. 5 - 2000.
Is this in fact the right one?
Im leaving tomorrow morning for Lake George to try out my new 5th wheel and would like to have this installed.

I got my EZ not to long ago and used the turnbuckle method and it is working just fine. Do a search and I'm sure you will find it. I like it because it's completely reverseable. You'll love the EZ. L. O. L

I dont think You got the right EZ. . My Box says for 2001's, and I was asked specificly if I had a 2001 because there was a difference. HVAC????

Apparrently there is a 2001 and 2001. 5. I got a 2001 which works just fine, but no plug. I used the turnbuckle method and I must say it work REAL good. Peice of cake to install. The post about it is from "zman" w/ a title "easy way to disable HY35 wastegate" or something to that effect.
