if you are talking about the center pin in the leaf springs they are usually grade 1 or so so they bend and not break. I am not sure what Dodge uses I know they strip out without much effort. when I buy them they come in sizes of 5/16 or 3/8 or 7/16 etc but these are generic. in a pinch you can use a regular bolt and grind the corners off of the hex head to fit back into axle perch. I am sure if you order by your VIN# at the dealership you will get the correct ones. to determine if bolts are standard or metric and I am not sure if center pins will have this or not. lines in the head are SAE standard representing the grade of the bolt and when they have numbers they are metric to represent the grade of the bolt
