Harrasment ?

I recently hung a set of Truck Nutz off the back of my truck, I have had many other co-workers ask me if I am affraid of the boss seeing them and firing me, but the truck sits outside the plant fence next to the control room, this property is also theirs too, so I am not sure if they can give me crap or not ??? My thinking is that it is freedom on expression ??? hey the bulls in the pasture on the way to work can do it why cant I ???

How could they fire you for it, it is your truck for gods sake! It has NO representation of how you work, or the job you do. If they fire you for that, then you might be able to take them to court, more as a fight against political correctness IMHO.

I've had my nutz on the truck for about 2 months now and get a lot of complements off them. Was at the KY State fair and a woman went buy and said "Honey Look at Those Big Nutz" I think that's a pretty good complement.



They can't do a thing to ya it's your truck not theirs. It's not like you're wearing them on the outside of your pants while walking around work, are ya?

I seriously dout you'll have anyone complain about them. Most people usually women think they are quite funny. I just wouldn't draw attention to them like telling a coworker to huge these big nutz or something like that.

Hey guys, these things are "one size fits all", not EVEN of proper proportions for the Cummins! I was thinking more along the size of the BRASS balls that shut the water off after the flush. Much more appropriate

I think if someone is offended by your actions, they have to go through the steps to create a harassment case. First they will have to complain to management, who will then have a talk with you about the offense and give you a chance to correct your actions. If you don't take corrective measures, then I guess management would be forced to relieve you from employment in order to prevent a harassment suit.



I'd keep the ballz until someone has the ballz to say something.
