I SEEN A BT6 IN A SCOUT AND A BT6 IN A CHEVY TRUCK AND A BT4 IN A CHEVY VAN THAT PUTS A 6. 2 TO SHAME BUT I HAVE NOT SEEN A BT IN A CAR ? OH YEH SEEN ONE IN A DRAG RAIL BUT I'M TALKING ABOUT THE EVERY DAY DAILY DRIVER . FACE IT THE BT RULES AND THEY HAVE THESE IN ABOUT EVERY THING ELSE BOATS, TRACTORS , GENERATORS, AND MORE . SO WHY NOT A CAR ?

There is a guy in Canada with a 6 bt in a vette... yep a vette. There was a post about it a long time ago... I will look for it for you.

Real hot rods are 4wd dodge diesels bombed out looking like a regular pickup truck. :)

I have seen a few old ford t buckets in years gone by with 4bt's in them. They were more of a shaker than a harley. I swear the guy building them was using them as a paint can mixer during the week. Most were really just trailer babies, but they were driven on the street some.

I'm the guy with the Scout. If I had money and time I would find a '30s Buik or Packard or some other large car and do it.

After all Clessie Cummins installed the first automotive Cummins diesel in a '25 Packard and that started everything! Let us not forget our history!

How about a Cadillac

My dad has one of these only black in color and the camper section is smaller.

I was kidding him the other day that we should put a Cummins in it and he thought it was a good idea!

I'd like to see a 4/6BT in a Caprice or something like that.

Nice full-frame cars... and you could sell the old LT1 to some gasser hot-rodder... with a 4/6BT - it would bring new meaning to "2-ton LT1".

well if someone's really dying to see a cummins in a car I've got a 1954 buick special I'd be glad to stick one in if someone's got a spare engine lying around they want to donate? I'd be glad to give it a go witha donated engine!!!:) :) :) later Seth
