RCV DANA 60 CV AXLES

this link is direct to one of several items that i found offered by this company that i thought might be interesting to some folks here. for the other items click on the dana 60 corner link and check it out.

these guys offer some really interesting items, that seem to be of very high quality and i think a decent price. with these items i think it is possible to build an unbreakable axle at least as much as reality will allow. i know several people dont like the dodge front end, and have spent untold thousands addressing them. well i think the parts on this site and some decent fabrication skills (for some of the parts) one could build an even stronger front end for only a little more cash, if not for the same amount.

check out the site, i am curious to see what you guys think.

that i do understand. ive always known cv's to be weak and break easily. these though strike me as a little different and definately of higher quality. i think these might be at least as strong as a good u-joint. personally the u-joint failures i have seen is from a combonation of too much power, too much traction, and turning too tight. these would solve the binding problem in that condition.

We built a narrowed axle for the front of my daughters jeep last winter with a 3 link front suspension we used RCVs in it. I like them so munch we became a dealer of them. We have a custom set in the shop for a dodge 2010 2500 for a customers truck we are putting free spin hubs on it also. His u-joints are shot at 34k miles thats sad for the new big u-joints. These things are not just a little stronger there is no comparison to a u-joint. Look into the world off road racing $600k 850hp trophy trucks are using these in the axle and drive shafts. The only bad thing sofar is the cost.

I have to go on a run tomarrow when I get back I will try and get some pictures posted.

Here is one cv installed in a narrowed axle we built for a jeep. The shop is a wreck I know.
