What is the nature of your question?



They have a message on their home page detailing problems they have had with their system, and are asking customers to send them an email if you still want the item shipped.

I ordered a prodigy brake controller about 5 weeks or so ago got a fedex tracking number and have sent them 2 emails have tried calling several times and cannot get a hold of anyone. They have not charged my account yet but I would like to know if they dont have it I will get it from some other place.
