Heres the basic idea. i dont know if they actually throw enough light to actually see at night. may just be a cosmetic thing...

More like DRLs for driving in the city at night, from what it sounded like. Just a "here I am, don't hit me" kinda thing.

The projector low beams melt siding and **** off squirells at the same time so I have a lil adjusting to do. All in all the light output is something you need to get used to. I have had projectors in my WrX and just as those did theese have a difinitive light cutoff at the top. So you need to play a bit to get them down and throwing light where you want them to do and not have oncoming traffic flash you like a NY hobo.

Do you have a part number for the model in the first post. The guy I talked to at Sport truck has no clue what I am asking for??

Chuck, I have a set of those on order. I also ordered a wire harness with a relay to take the load off the switch, and upgraded the bulbs. How is the construction of these lights, and what does the angel eye do? Is this set easily adjustable?

Thanks,

Tim

Did you get the wiring harness from Sporttruck also??

I bought the wire harness from Sport Truck for $29. 00 They do not list it on their web page though, you have to call them.

vssman, which Tim??

Whoops! - OK how about all Tim(s). Actually I like the projector look but the first requirement is that anything I change too must through some light.
