Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Have a noise in engine or trans

Hi, I just noticed a noise and don't know if it's normal or not. It's not real noticable until you're parked by a wall or another truck, i can hear a tap ta tap tap tap when it's idle in N (NV5600 trans) and I'm out of the truck. I rolled under the truck and it's hard to find with all the other noise, but sounds to be coming from the bellhousing the most. Also I heard the sound clip for 04 injector knock and it kinda sounds like that. I put Mach 2's in about 3 months ago, and just changed the oil and filter, and trans fliud last week but i don't know if any of that is related with the noise. I hope someone has experice with this noise and can help me, It's got me worried.

Get a wooden Dowel rod and put one end to various components and the other end to your ear. Search around for the source.
