Competition Have any pics of adjustable suspension blocks?

Anyone made their own adjustable suspension blocks? I'm looking for ideas...

here's how i did mine,

2x3 angle, drilled and bolts in directly where the old suspension bump stops come out.

a piece of 4" wide channel welded to the angle, then a piece of 3"-3. 5" wide channel that can be bolted inside the 4" with a series of holes to make it adjustable height.
