Have truck and trailer, whom do I contact?

I (along with many TDR members, I'm sure) have a pickup and access to a box trailer, and would be willing to take a load of stuff down south this weekend or next. Only problem is, we lack the finances to buy stuff outright to fill the trailer to take down there. Whom should I get ahold of? I had thought of the Red Cross, Salvation Army, et al. I have a tank, and can take care of my own fuel needs. Is anyone else interested in doing something like this? I cant haul as much as a semi truck, but could still take quite a load of stuff.



My prayers and thoughts are with all the victims. Though this thread is not the place to discuss it, I think the govt has let people down. Average Joes are going to pull the citizens out of this one.

Contact your local ARC chapter . if they have stuff to be moved your the answer. http://www.redcross.org/
