Doc must be hiding very very well! :-laf

Thanks for these great stories, makes me wish some times I had been a little more adventurous in my childhood. Only ran from the cops once. I blew past him going up a hill and saw his brake lights in the rear view. It was dark out, and me being the only vehicle in site going my direction, I figured, my only hope was to do the unthinkable! I floored it and when I crested the hill, I hammered the brakes, and spun the truck around as fast as I could, then floored it. When the cop came into view, I was right at 55mph, and he passed me with his lights on. Never even flinched or nothing. I took a couple different roads home that night, talk about a rush though!

That's close to my only hiding story. Same deal, going 90 up a hill on the way to a friends house one night out in the boonies when supertrooper comes over the hill. I see his brakes on hard as he's heading to the shoulder to spin around and chase me down. Fortunately my bud's driveway was close so I held my speed, got slowed down quick enough and made the turn before he crested the hill. I used the hand brake to stop without lighting up the brake lights and see him go by the end of the driveway at a high rate of speed.

I would like to have seen his face when he got to the other side of the hill and wondered where I went.
